What kind of eater are you?

One of the things I usually do with clients early on in helping with weight loss is to explore their relationship with food - when do you eat?  What do you eat? How do you eat? What is your mood or what are you feeling before and after you eat, and so on.  I often get them to complete questionnaires as well.
